I’ll be in touch.
Thanks Rohi. Nice to hear from you.
I have felt that many a times a quote will just fit in the situation being faced and give inspiration to handle it properly.
warm regards, PLD

That which we call “I” is just impermanent, ownerless karma rolling along. Don’t take it personally – Lama Surya Das
Sir aap me kuch baat to hai.

Sir I attended your workshop on mindfulness accidently and followed the techniques as I could and got benifited very much. Words cant say everything. May god give you more than you dream. But I think u dont dream because u r a karm yogi
Sir I had a question. While reading the mission statement, I came across the insights of Ajahn Sumedho that were mentioned and I understood it as that this attachment to “I am” is the impediment. The very idea that ‘I’ have to do something, ‘I’ have this, that is problematic. And on this website of Inspirational Quotes the first quote I come across is of The Buddha wherein it begins with this very ‘I,’ “I am the owner of my actions, heir of my actions……….Whatever actions I do, good or bad, of these I shall become the heir.”
It seems to me that the two statements contradict one another. Where the first one emphasises on non-attachment to the I, the latter it seems points out an attachment to the I. Can you please help me with this.
